Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no tracking scripts. We only see what you send us when you contact us.

What this website collects

• Nothing you did not send. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party script on any page.
• No cookies. The language choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key higan.locale. It never leaves your device and is not readable by us.
• Server logs. Our web server and CDN record the usual technical data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) to serve the site and defend it against abuse. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to build profiles.

When you contact us

If you email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your address or number and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.

Service data

Data you send us in the course of a service engagement is governed by that engagement's contract, not by this page. Where we host systems for a client, the contract states where the data is held and who may access it.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it. Write to the address above and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in Hong Kong, this reflects the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
